What is "Proparse Lite"?

This page says Prolint requires either Proparse or "Proparse Lite":

However Joanju's site makes no mention of Proparse Lite.

Hi Tim,

Oops, that text is pretty stale. I'll change it. Thanks for pointing it out.

I made some big changes to the licensing for Proparse some time ago, and as a result Proparse Lite was no longer necessary or desirable. I completely discontinued it.
