fixes all known bugs, and now uses the dot.r ActiveRecord framework as an example of how to create templates for code generation.

Samples from the sports database are now included.
Devexpress dll files are not included, need to download from www.devexpress.com

So how exactly do I download the .dlls? Won't the trial version expire after some time and then what?
