Worked with RGM, a third party servicer that provides institutions participating in the USDE Title IV programs the software, reports
and consulting assistance needed from the student recruiting process through student placement, including default prevention, final
reporting and reconciliation with USDE.
Created many programs to upload datafiles provided by the DOE (Department of Education) used for reporting on a schools
performance to the government in order to maintain government backing of the school through government assisted student loans.
Designed the database files necessary to store and retrieve this information in the form of reports used for the Title IV compliance.
Designed and coded front-end webpage screens to maintain the information necessary for DOE reporting.
Interviewed clients in order to define their custom programming needs and programmed these requests for the clients.
Maintained and modified other programs and screens as necessary.

Worked with Syteline (Ver. 5.0), Progress (Ver. 10.1B), Ajax, JavaScript and Html code on an OEM manufacturing system which
had manufacturing operations, coupled with the main manufacturing database located in Malaysia.
Developed new modules in this company’s CRM modules to eliminate the usage of the legacy Syteline system in favor of a more
advanced web-based system.
Taught programming team Progress query optimization techniques with presentations and documentation.
My best accomplishment for this period was creating a “Fuzzy Search” program to aid in their marketing campaign.

Designed, coded, implemented and maintained a host of commercial websites utilizing mostly Html.

November 2005 - March 2008
Returned to this former client for a 4th tour of duty. Most assignments during this term centered around “Webifying” critical
business modules in order for their various branches to be able to remotely access over the internet, using WebSpeed, HTML
and JavaScript to update the Progress database. Created a remote order entry module which could be accessed from a variety
of different front-ends and which called for the design and building of new Progress database tables to support the new features
of this module. Designed, built and coded a remote invoicing module in a similar fashion to the remote order entry module.
Re-wrote the quote and estimating system to use Webpages which could be accessed remotely over the internet. Designed
and programmed all of the screens involved using WebSpeed with a heavy dose of JavaScript in order to alter each
webpage’s DOM to update figures automatically as data was entered by the user without having to refresh the web pages.
This particular module was very complex and math intensive because it had to take a multitude of factors into consideration
such as vendor price breaks across the different quantities being quoted, substitute parts pricing as well as the enforcement
of minimum purchase quantities, just to name a few.
Designed and coded additional web page routines to handle the file maintenance of critical system files mostly centering
around web access security.
